Rule #1: Clear expectations
Set expectations from the get-go. We are great listeners, from the beginning we are interested in hearing your expectations, for example: what results would you like to see in 3-6 months? Don’t worry, we like accurate results too!
Rule #2: We are open to feedback
Respect is critical. But just as important is the ability of both sides to be willing to have direct conversations and provide feedback. This applies to both positive and negative feedback, and the best client-agency relationships feature both.

This is the most important aspect of a sustainable relationship between you and our agency, we value a good and professional relationship, based on results, of course.
